Recruitment process

Our recruitment process will involve multiple levels of senior and peer technical interviews. These interviews will require hands on analysis and problem solving of technical issues. This will be followed by an HR interview round that would assess your interpersonal skills and customer management skills.
Once these interviews are completed you will be made an offer that would include all your compensation components including fixed and variable salary, ESOPs and sales incentives, if any.
